My experience with this comapny went well I wasnt sure what to get so I called and got a palm tree expert on the line I think his name was Michael, He was very informative and recommended me this one. Mine came in a box was placed nicely and with care. Its convenient for me because I travel a lot and needed something that was little maintenance. all is well. Doing well indoors - Majesty Palms I received my order in great condition. Love the palm tree, they could have done better with instructions and UPS could have done better with handling the palm

Ordered these on Monday they came on Wednesday. I would say that's pretty good service if you ask me. The palms even came with instruction kits. Water fertilize and grow very simple and very satisfied thanks again to Real palm trees for keeping it real. (Posted on 2/22/13)
