I ordered this palm it was green and alive. Very surprised considering it was delivered in a box right to my front door delivery was on time dropped right on my front door step a little pricy i thought to begin with but overall satisfaction 98% on my high expectations scale. I run my own import export business and always looking to critique on quality assurance and accuracy I was impressed as well with the efficiency and convenience for my purchase.. (Posted on 2/18/13)

My review is positive and I usually do not give reviews on many products but this on the other hand I felt compelled. I received the palm tree in good condition, it was nicely wrapped and secure. No soil anywhere and I haven't had a problem at all with the palm. So all in all, it was great. (Posted on 10/11/11)
