The instructions included with the palm were very vague, almost to easy, just add water and sunlight. The palm looked great but the instructions could use some help! (Posted on 8/8/17)

I have purchased several palms from this company they are the old man the beaked yucca and the finger lady I contacted customer service to ask some questions. i am completely satisfied with the service I have ordered before and each palm is special and unique to different environments with this one they recommended it will do well if placed indoors or outside as the finger lady palm likes to be shaded and avoid placing them in direct sunlight. An added bonus+ each palm came with specific instructions for them. with soil and fertilizer so you don't need to worry. Happy Green Thumbs up ^

The tree is doing well. It was packaged well and Looks like everything is good. There wasn't a picture here but I went ahead and called them and they sent me a picture of the tree I was going to get. I went ahead since I read Lots of reviews about RealPalmTrees.com. I got the tree in a box and was well packaged. good customer service as well. Thanks,

The size I got was a 3 ft and thats what came 4 days later. I received my order in great condition. Love the palm tree, they could have done better with instructions and UPS could have done better with handling the palm
