I will have to agree with the others. The bismarck palm I got was good. I been wanting this tree for a very long time and I couldn't find a place I could just order online with out the hassle of going to a nursery very far away and then having to load the car up and do the planting myself. So I am glad they delivered the palm tree to my house and I had the option to have them install my tree however I just did it myself since it was already at my door. All I needed was a small Hand Truck or Dolly and that is it.
