The chinese fan palm did not look like the photo which was my largest issue. So I wanted to know what I would be getting. I called and they mentioned that the Chinese Fan palms looked much better then th photo. I read the above review and I agree if they changed the view maybe they would have less calls to see what the tree would look like. Ok so on to the review The trees I got were full and very green. There was some spotting but they were very nicely cleaned up.
