This is as cold hardy as I was told it may not survive the winter in Jackson Mississippi. I called this customer service number and they said that it would and they will prove it to me. So far I was able to prove my neighbors wrong. It's still outside alive and green. It's grown about a foot since I got it over a year ago. I was wondering if they can ship me a 5 ft. Can someone give me a call or tell me if Melinda still is working with you guys. I would appreciate it. She sent my cabbage palm to me with a bow and a hands written note.I must have called about 10 times to speak with the staff and everyone there was very helpful and informative. I believe you all still have my information in your computer machines.
