I made some jelly from the fruit these pindos gave off. really easy to make thought it was going to be difficult but really it isnt. Just take the seeds off the vine when it fruits and put them in a cupboard for a couple of days (in AC) and let them ripen after that put them in the fridge so they become a little denser, pop the fruit from the seeds (which have been washed) and then put them in a blender with a little water... and you have jelly! add sugar if your batch needs some sweetening.
