I ordered this palm in November :( It came dead on arrival contacted the 1-800 number. I spoke to customer service and explained "what had happened" they sent me another one for the inconvenience. second time around it came healthy. Definitely recommend just dont make the same mistake I did and order this palm during winter season when its too cold. (OOps!) Wait until spring or summer.
